exhibition
Wednesday 29th November 2017
Fork Project put together its first exhibition in November 2017. With fifteen artists, eleven QR codes, six spaces, five performances and four DJs, the exhibition was an opportunity to bring a collection of interviews between Fork and Sydney artist into the physical. The event showcased and celebrated the conversations that had been documented and archived digitally, but also explored connecting audiences with artists and their ideas in alternative ways. To bring the interviews to life, Fork placed eleven QR Codes to activate and invite the audio consumption of ideas, creativity and artistic practice. The exhibition attempted to experiment with traditional wall text display methods and audience engagement in social spaces.
